Then mentor coaching is the fastest and most effective way to become a great coach and boost your career. As an ICF Mentor Coach, I know how important it is to work in a safe space to make significant tweaks to your coaching practice.
I work with my mentees by carefully listening, observing and giving feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process that is based on an observed or recorded coaching session in order to increase the coach’s capability in coaching and in complete alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.
I provide high quality mentoring professional assistance to coaches that are eager to achieve great results in a reduced amount of time by demonstrating their levels of coaching competency and the capabilities demanded by the desired ICF credential level. We work over an extended time to allow deep listening and feedback from me and the necessary reflection and practice on my mentee.

I am the Founder of ETICAMBIENTE® Sustainability Management & Communications Consulting, an Italian boutique consulting and coaching firm with more than 20 years of experience in creating and promoting sustainability and CSR projects that help companies and consumers make more responsible choices about production and consumption.
I am a Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Member of the Association for Coaching® (AC), and Team Leader & Point of Contact of the AC, Italy. I am a Certified Professional Coach by the Erickson College International, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), AC Accredited Executive Foundation Coach, and Points of You® Level 3 Expert Coach and Facilitator. As a professional journalist, documentary photographer, and sustainability communicator, I recognise the importance of developing a positive attitude, and having an effective communication structure to express ourselves fully in words, meaning, and language in any conversation, or context where we want to succeed, and with any audience.
When we are supported professionally around communication, we can easily find our best way to speak and convey compelling messages in pubblic, no matter who and how many people we have in front of us.
